Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy for maintenance of certain plantings and other planting related infrastructure in the public rights of way throughout the City of Pittsburgh at no cost to the City.
