Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Frost, Todd, Brown, LLC for legal assistance relating to real estate, public finance and municipal law. In addition, said firm will be available on an as-needed basis to provide consultation services. The total cost for this project shall not exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) over a three year period.
