Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Swank Motion Pictures, Inc., 10795 Watson Road, St. Louis, MO 63127-1012, in an amount not to exceed SEVENTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($17,175.00), for rental and display rights of certain movie entertainment for events held by the Office of Special Events.
