Resolution further amending Resolution No. 647 of 2020, effective December 23, 2020, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2021 Capital Budget and the 2021 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2021 through 2026 Capital Improvement Program,” so as to identify specific projects in City Council Districts 1, 4, 5, 6, and 8, and authorizes a subsequent Agreement or Agreements on behalf of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh.
