Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a temporary construction easement(s) and permanent easement(s) with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority on certain parcels of real property located on Toboggan Street and Rising Main Avenue in the 25th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh.
