Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, between the City of Pittsburgh and Suphitsara Buttra-Coleman, for the creation and installation of public art at Chartiers Spray Park, at a cost not to exceed Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000.00).
