Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Recycling Partnership, Inc. to conduct public outreach surrounding the City’s recycling program and to purchase containers for curbside residential recycling collection; and further providing for an agreement or agreements and expenditures not to exceed SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ($650,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
