Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into agreements in individual amounts of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) or less with various regional youth sports organizations for a total amount not to exceed One Hundred and Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000.00).
