Ordinance authorizing the acquisition of Block 25, Lot 18 and a portion of Lot 20 (Central Ward) from New Jersey Transit Corporation, by purchase at a price of $275,000.00, intended to be reconveyed by the City to Broad Street Fidelco, LLC for an identical price (to be reflected as a credit against amounts payable by the City under a settlement agreement and general release with a related entity), in connection with a redevelopment project that will include facilities available to the public for the public parking of vehicles.
