A motion requesting that the Administration, and the Newark Housing Authority provide the Governing Body with a detailed report and summary of all the land and property transactions that have occurred around the vicinity of the Prudential Arena and its redevelopment area for the years 2006-2011; said report should include the following information; previous owners, appraisals performed and the purchase price.
