A motion requesting that the Municipal Council send a letter of support to Congressman Bobby L. Rush (D-IL), regarding his symbolic gesture of wearing a “hoodie” on the floor of the US House of Representatives to emphasize his support of justice for Trayvhon Martin, and to also highlight the issue of racial profiling in the United States.
