A motion for the Municipal Council and Administration to disband the Newark Watershed Conservation and Development Corporation (NWCDC) as it is currently established and assemble an interim body to assume management of the property and water assets until such time as a municipal council committee is formed to investigate and determine a more effective, efficient and transparent method with regard to the future business operations of the Newark Watershed property and assets.
