A motion requesting that the Department of Law draft an ordinance mandating that any major development or road projects being proposed in the City have an architectural rendering (drawing) on how the project will look upon completion and that the Municipal Council will not consider projects until such rendering is provided and made a part of the package submitted for Municipal Council consideration.
