A motion requesting that the Police Department and the Newark Parking Authority enforce the ordinance regulating the parking of tractor trailers on City streets during entertainment events at the Prudential Arena, and in addition, vigorously enforce the ticketing of illegally parked vehicles in City of Newark parking lots located at City Hall.
