A motion requesting that the Business Administrator and the Police Director provide to the Governing Body, through the City Clerk’s Office, an inventory listing of all City vehicles assigned to City Administration and the Council/Clerk’s Office, and in addition, the annual gas expenditure related to each vehicle.
