A motion requesting that the Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services, Division of Inspections and Enforcement, inspect the following properties for code violation and if warranted, cite the owners: 37 Homestead Park (secure and board the property); 25 Homestead park (excessive garbage on the side of the property); the former Club Mahogany located at Avon Avenue and South 18th Street (bricks from the façade are strewn on the sidewalk, and the property needs to boarded and secured); 127-129 Hedden Terrace (a clean and lien was requested on March 5, 2012, and violations have yet to be abated).
