A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals, perform traffic studies at the following locations: Schuyler and Shephard Avenues (installation of 4-way stop signs); and Lyons Avenue between Fabyan Place and Clinton Place (synchronizing the traffic signals to prevent heavy rush hour congestion at the entrance to Route 78).
