A motion requesting that the Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services clean the following City-owned vacant lots: 77 ½ Garside Street; the corner of Orange Street and Boyden Street; Clark Street; between Broad Street and Mount Pleasant Avenue and the corner of Mount Pleasant Avenue and Clark Street.
