A motion requesting that the Administration and Department of Engineering do not issue a “Notice to Proceed” to the English Paving, Inc., with regard to Resolution 7R4-c, City-wide Streetscape - Phase I, Mt. Prospect Avenue, Lower Broadway and Bloomfield Avenue until English Paving, Inc. resolves complaints and/or completes its other projects throughout the City.
