A motion requesting that the Newark Watershed Conservation and Development Corporation hold in abeyance any recent changes which may have been made (or are contemplated) to its charter and/or bylaws; further, that such changes be immediately forwarded to the City Clerk on behalf of the Municipal Council so that such changes can be reviewed and considered for approval by the Municipal Council prior to being put into force and effect by the Newark Watershed Conservation and Development Corporation.
