A motion requesting that the Administration, Office of Affirmation Action and Set Aside and Department of Engineering inspect the construction work site of New Jersey Institute of Technology Project on Warren Street to ensure the construction companies are in compliance with the City’s Affirmation Action and First Source ordinances and forward a report of the findings to the Municipal Council.
