A motion requesting that the Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services, Division of Code Enforcement, investigate the property located at 55-62 Abington Avenue for an alleged illegal conversion of the single-family unit into three-family property; in addition, requesting that the department file a formal complaint with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission against the real estate broker who allegedly, falsely misrepresented the property through their advertisement and marketing as a three-family unit.
