A motion requesting that the Business Administrator provide the Municipal council with an update on its request that the Administration prepare a request for proposals (RFP) for the review of existing tax abatement agreements to determine whether or not the developer/owner is complying with the terms of the existing agreement with regard to the Pilot/SILOT annual service charge and other conditions imposed on the project by the Governing Body.
