A motion requesting that the Business Administrator allow the Directors of City departments, particularly the Police, Recreational and Neighborhood Services and Engineering, to attend community meetings that are scheduled by Council Members as a service to their community; further, requesting that the Business Administrator provide the Municipal Council with a written statement on the Administration’s current policy that requires directors to obtain the Business Administrator’s prior approval to attend and participate in a community meeting.
