A motion requesting that the Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services, Division of Inspections and Enforcement, become more vigilant in the enforcement of the City’s Vendor Ordinance, especially with regard to out-of-state vendors who operate around the Prudential Center during special events, in addition to the large number of illegal vendors who converge upon the City during Valentine’s Day and other popular holidays.
