A motion requesting that the Essex County Delegation to the New Jersey State Legislature and the New Jersey State League of Municipalities petition the State Legislature to amend the New Jersey Statute that requires that a Local Central Planning Board/Board of Adjustment need only notify the property owners in a proposed Planning and Zoning Commission action by including language that requires notification to any and all tenants that may be affected by this particular ruling in said action.
