A motion urging the Honorable Dennis F. Carey, III, P.J.Cv., to appoint a Special Master to oversee the dissolution of the Newark Watershed Conservation and Development Corporation (NWCDC), the return of its assets to the City of Newark, and securing of its records and files under the custody of the city Clerk and require that an impartial audit be conducted of the financial operations and closeout of NWCDC.
