A motion requesting that the Municipal Council Legislative Officers provide the Municipal Council with a written legal opinion citing State Statute that addresses the Governing Body’s legal recourse and options as it relates to a possible vacancy in the Mayor’s Office if the Mayor were elected to the United States Senate.
