A motion requesting that the Law Department craft legislation that requires establishments that are open past 12:00 A.M. to have armed security personnel on premises; further, requesting that the Law Department seek the input and recommendations of the Mayor, Municipal Council and Police Director when it establishes the parameters of said ordinance.
