A motion requesting that the Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services provide the Municipal Council, through the City Clerk’s Office, its plan to address graffiti cleanup throughout the City, especially on commercial properties located on Broadway, Verona Avenue, Summer Avenue and Elliott Street.
