A motion requesting that the Police director, Samuel A. DeMaio, meet with the Municipal Council at the Special Conference scheduled for Tuesday, September 24, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., to provide an update on the status of the Department’s “Blue Zone” Crime Reduction Initiative being conducted in the West and South Wards, and in addition, respond to allegations made at the Hearing of Citizens segment of the Regular Meeting held Wednesday, September 18, 2013, regarding consultation fees paid to the Director’s consulting company, SDM, by the Township of Nutley.
