A motion requesting that the Police Department and the Administration provide to the Municipal Council, through the City Clerk’s Office, an explanation as to why the streets surrounding the new Teacher’s Village Project (William Street, Treat Place and Halsey Street) are closed to vehicular traffic every day between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.
