A motion requesting that the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) provide the Governing Body with its rationale for not providing the Newark homeowners whose homes were damaged or destroyed by Superstorm Sandy with the same “buy out” proposal the State of New Jersey offered to the homeowners along the New Jersey Shore and in particular the town of Sayreville.
