A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals, consider street traffic changes at the following locations: installation of a stop sign at the intersection of Abington Avenue and North 3rd Street and the installation of delayed left-turn signals at the intersections of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and West Market Street (northbound) and also at the intersection of West Market Street and Norfolk Street (northbound).
