A motion requesting that the Office of the Business Administrator perform a comprehensive investigation of the premises located at 459-463 Chancellor Avenue, Newark, New Jersey, to determine if same is being used for the illegal storage of towed vehicles since the premises has not been issued a Certificate of Occupancy approving storage of vehicles as a use for this property.
