A motion requesting Administration consider the following revenue-producing proposals for the 2014 Municipal Budget: 1) the possibility of offering citizens the ability to pay water and sewer utilities and property taxes at the local police precinct or kiosks located throughout the City; 2) the feasibility of enacting a surcharge on all non-indictable offenses handled by the Municipal Court with the funds dedicated to the hiring of police officers.
