Appeal to the Board of Public Utilities (BPU) on behalf of Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) from a decision of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Newark on January 23, 2014 denying an application for final site approval and variances for the construction of a switching station (McCarter Switching Station) on property located at 29-53 Eleventh Avenue and 13-45 Littleton Avenue.
