A motion requesting that the Office of the City Clerk forward the complaint of the Pavilion Tenants Association to the Offices of the New Jersey State Attorney: the New Jersey Board of Real Estate Appraisers and the Department of Banking and Insurance with the request that these State regulatory agencies investigate the allegations of fraudulent and criminal violations of New Jersey State Law by the owner and/or management company, Kettler, of the Pavilion Apartments in Newark.
