A motion requesting that Mayor Luis A. Quintana refrain from submitting to the Municipal Council recommendations to fill vacancies on City Boards and Commissions in order to grant the next Mayor and Administration beginning July 1, 2014, the courtesy of selecting and nominating candidates which the next Administration may find worthy of consideration to serve on said Boards and Commissions.
