A motion requesting that the Administration/Division of Tax Abatements and Special Taxes provide the Municipal Council with a listing of all the companies that are delinquent in the payment of payroll taxes to the City; further, requesting that the Division inform the Municipal Council of the type of enforcement action the City initiated to collect the outstanding payroll taxes due.
