Resolution authorizing The Pittsburgh Land Bank to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned properties in the 24th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 48-N, Lot 14, and Block 47-S, Lot 305 (1806 Ley Street and 1620 Hatteras Street - Council District No. 1), at no cost to the City.
