A motion requesting that the Administration, Newark Works, Prisoner Re-entry and Workforce Investment Board provide the Municipal Council with (1) the specific profession and careers skills development training curriculum targets and (2) the employment, hiring and placement staffing plan to ensure Newark residents that complete training curriculum can be employed.
