A motion requesting that the Administration provide the Municipal Council with written clarification regarding the City’s current lease policy and process as it relates to the present rental agreements and vacant space at the Vincent Lombardi Community Center; of special concern to the Governing Body are the following: 1) mini-precinct 2) community WIB office and 3) renewals for other current tenants.
