A motion requesting that the Administration, Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals perform a traffic study at the intersections of Third Avenue and McCarter Highway (Route 21); Third Avenue and Broad Street and Third Avenue and Broadway to check the timing of the three traffic lights at these locations and synchronize timing the sequence of these three lights for a smoother traffic flow.
