A motion requesting that the Administration, Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services, conduct an investigation of all public and private multi-family developments to ensure that the properties are in compliance with the City’s Housing Code and ordinance requirements that: 1) armed security guards are on premises and 2) boiler inspections are current.
