A motion requesting that the Administration, Department of Public Buildings and Central Purchasing, provide and install an intercom/public address system in the City Hall edifice so that emergency evacuation announcements may be broadcast throughout the building to facilitate an emergency mandatory evacuation of employees and visitors.
