A motion requesting that the Administration revisit the Tax Abatement Agreement that was granted to the Hess Corporation for the Cogeneration Plant to determine if the City of Newark has any options with regard to any renegotiation clause as a result of the Hess Corporation selling/transferring ownership to the Newark Energy Center.
