A motion requesting that the Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services remove the debris that has accumulated in the vicinity of the following areas: the Heller Parkway median; Mount Prospect Park at 2nd Avenue; Pacific Street (illegal dumping) and the Bloomfield Avenue Water Tower (also replace fence).
