A motion requesting that NJ Transit, Conrail, Inc. and CSX/SCR Corporation address the following concerns/complaints related to the operations of rail service at Newark Penn Station, Newark, New Jersey: 1) maintain, clean and paint the underpasses along the Route 21 railroad line; 2) address the lack of adequate lighting around Newark Penn Station and 3) provide outreach programs to address the homeless population in and around Newark Penn Station.
