A motion requesting that the Business Administrator and Acting Deputy Mayor/Acting Director of Economic and Housing Development strictly monitor and enforce the requirement of the First Source Ordinance at all major construction sites to ensure that Newark residents are afforded equal opportunity employment during the record development that is taking place within the City of Newark.
